Description

A delicious blend of flavors featuring fried chicken, bacon, and honey mustard all sandwiched in soft pretzel slider buns.


Ingredients

  • 1 pack King’s Hawaiian Pretzel Slider Buns (9 count)
  • 8 slices Pepper Jack Cheese
  • ⅓ cup Cooked Bacon (crumbled)
  • 2 cups Fried Chicken Tenders (roughly chopped)
  • ½ cup Honey Mustard (plus more for dipping)
  • ½ large Avocado (cubed)
  • ¼ cup Cherry Tomatoes (quartered)
  • 1 pinch Flaky Salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Slice the King’s Hawaiian Pretzel Slider Buns in half without separating them. Place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  2. Layer 4 slices of Pepper Jack cheese on the bottom half of the buns.
  3. Add the chopped fried chicken tenders evenly over the cheese.
  4. Sprinkle the crumbled bacon over the chicken.
  5. Drizzle about ½ cup of honey mustard over the top.
  6. Scatter the cubed avocado and cherry tomatoes on top.
  7. Top with the remaining slices of Pepper Jack cheese and place the tops of the slider buns on.
  8. Cover with foil and bake for about 15–20 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5–10 minutes until cheese is bubbling and golden.
  9. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with flaky salt before serving.

Notes

Add extra honey mustard for dipping. These sliders are best served warm for the ultimate gooey texture.
