- 2 cups full-fat cottage cheese
- 1.5 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (divided)
- 1 cup pasta sauce (marinara or pizza sauce)
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup mixed pizza toppings (pepperoni, bell peppers, olives, mushrooms)
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking oil or butter.
- Mix the cottage cheese, 1 cup of shredded mozzarella, and eggs in a large bowl. Add garlic powder and oregano and mix well.
- Spread half of the pasta sauce at the bottom of the prepared dish.
- Spoon the cottage cheese mixture on top and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle the mixed pizza toppings across the top.
- Drizzle the remaining pasta sauce over the toppings and finish with the reserved mozzarella.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Let it rest for about 10 minutes before slicing.
Notes
For serving, slice into squares and garnish with fresh basil. Pair with a simple side salad or slices of crusty bread.
