- 2 cups cooked pasta
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grab a large mixing bowl and combine the cooked pasta and shredded chicken.
- Pour in the marinara sauce and stir until evenly coated.
- Sprinkle in the Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper, and mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased oven-safe baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
For additional flavor, you can add sautéed vegetables or a dollop of ricotta cheese before baking. This casserole freezes well for up to 3 months.
