- 2 cups watermelon, cubed
- 2 kiwis, peeled and sliced
- 1 tablespoon lime juice (optional)
- Sweetener of choice (optional, if desired)
Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients: Start by cutting the watermelon into cubes. Ensure you remove the seeds. Also, peel and slice your kiwis.
- Blend the watermelon: In a blender, add the cubed watermelon and lime juice if using. Blend until smooth.
- Taste and sweeten: Taste your watermelon puree, and if needed, add your sweetener and blend again.
- Layering your pops: Pour a layer of watermelon puree into the molds, tap to release bubbles, and freeze for 30 minutes.
- Add kiwi: Stick sliced kiwis into the molds vertically, fill with more watermelon puree, and freeze.
- Final freeze: Insert sticks and freeze for 4–6 hours until solid.
- Unmolding your pops: Run molds under warm water to release popsicles.
