Description

A comforting and healthier twist on the classic meatloaf, made with ground turkey and packed with vegetables.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb Ground Turkey
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 cup Seasonal Vegetables (carrots, celery, bell peppers)
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Herbs (thyme, parsley, or oregano)
  • Salt & Black Pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup Broth or Cream (as needed)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. Sauté the onions and garlic in olive oil for 3-4 minutes until translucent.
  3. Mix together the ground turkey, sautéed veggies, herbs, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  4. Add broth or cream gradually to achieve the desired consistency.
  5. Shape the mixture into a loaf in the greased pan.
  6. Bake for 50-60 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  7. Rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing to retain moisture.
