Description

A vibrant and refreshing tropical fruit and yogurt bowl that serves as a perfect breakfast, snack, or dessert.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut yogurt
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1/2 cup mango, diced
  • 1/2 cup pineapple, diced
  • 1/2 cup kiwi, diced
  • 2 tablespoons granola
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prep your fruits by washing and slicing them into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Layer the coconut yogurt in a bowl to create a flat base.
  3. Add the sliced banana on one side of the yogurt.
  4. Sprinkle the diced mango next to the bananas.
  5. Next add the pineapple in a cluster on top.
  6. Finally, sprinkle the diced kiwi across the creation.
  7. Sprinkle the granola over the fruits for added crunch.
  8. Drizzle honey on top if desired.
  9. Finish with fresh mint leaves for garnish.
