Ingredients

- 1 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice
- 1 cup simple syrup
- 1/2 cup blackberries
- 1/2 cup raspberries
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 4 cups water
- Ice
- Lemon slices (for garnish)
Instructions
- Prepare your simple syrup by combining 1 cup of water and 1 cup of sugar in a small saucepan over medium heat.
- Juicing the lemons: Roll lemons, cut in half, and juice until you have 1 cup of lemon juice.
- Blend blackberries, raspberries, and blueberries until smooth, then strain through a fine mesh sieve.
- Mix the lemon juice, simple syrup, and berry puree in a large pitcher. Add remaining water and stir.
- Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes or serve immediately over ice.
- Serve in glasses filled with ice, garnished with lemon slices and mint.
