Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 cup simple syrup
  • 1/2 cup blackberries
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 4 cups water
  • Ice
  • Lemon slices (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prepare your simple syrup by combining 1 cup of water and 1 cup of sugar in a small saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Juicing the lemons: Roll lemons, cut in half, and juice until you have 1 cup of lemon juice.
  3. Blend blackberries, raspberries, and blueberries until smooth, then strain through a fine mesh sieve.
  4. Mix the lemon juice, simple syrup, and berry puree in a large pitcher. Add remaining water and stir.
  5. Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes or serve immediately over ice.
  6. Serve in glasses filled with ice, garnished with lemon slices and mint.
