Description

A vibrant and refreshing fruit salad mixed with sugar-free Jello, perfect for summer BBQs and light desserts.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups Fresh Strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 2 Oranges, segmented
  • 1 cup Pineapple, chopped
  • 1 package Sugar-Free Jello (any flavor)
  • 1 cup Water

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients: Wash strawberries, pat dry, and hull and slice them.
  2. Segment the oranges: Cut off the ends and peel, then segment the orange to release juice.
  3. Chop the pineapple: Slice fresh pineapple or drain canned pineapple.
  4. Prepare the Jello: Boil 1 cup of water, mix in Jello, and dissolve thoroughly.
  5. Mix it up: Combine all fruits in a bowl and pour dissolved Jello over them. Toss gently.
  6. Chill: Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
  7. Serve and enjoy: Stir and serve in bowls or creative vessels.
