Ingredients

  • 4 cups frozen peaches
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter (melted)
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the peaches by tossing them with the granulated sugar and lemon juice in a bowl.
  3. Make the topping by combining oats, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt in a separate bowl. Pour melted butter over the mixture and mix until crumbly.
  4. Combine the peach mixture and pour it into a baking dish, evenly spreading it out. Sprinkle the topping over the peaches.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown and the juices are bubbling.
  6. Cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes
