- 4 cups frozen peaches
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 cup oats
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter (melted)
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the peaches by tossing them with the granulated sugar and lemon juice in a bowl.
- Make the topping by combining oats, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt in a separate bowl. Pour melted butter over the mixture and mix until crumbly.
- Combine the peach mixture and pour it into a baking dish, evenly spreading it out. Sprinkle the topping over the peaches.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown and the juices are bubbling.
- Cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Serving with vanilla ice cream is highly recommended. You can also drizzle caramel sauce for extra indulgence.
