Instructions
- Prepare the strawberries by rinsing them under cold water, hulling, and slicing them in half.
- Make the syrup by combining water, sugar, and cornstarch in a saucepan over medium heat until bubbly.
- Add the Jello to the thickened syrup and stir until completely dissolved.
- Combine sliced strawberries with the syrup mixture, ensuring all berries are coated.
- Fill the graham cracker crust with the strawberry mixture and chill for 2-3 hours.
- Top with Cool Whip just before serving and garnish as desired.
- Slice and serve chilled.
