Instructions

  1. Prepare your rice: Ensure your sushi rice or brown rice is cooked and cooled.
  2. Lay out the nori: Place a sheet of nori shiny side down on a rolling mat or plate.
  3. Add rice: Wet your fingers, grab a handful of rice, and spread it over the nori, leaving an inch at the top.
  4. Layer the filling: Place imitation crab meat, avocado, and cucumber on top of the rice; add spicy mayo.
  5. Roll the sushi: Lift the edge of the mat and roll away from you, tucking the filling as you go.
