Description

Tender beef steak paired with vibrant veggies on skewers, perfect for summer grilling and family gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound beef steak (sirloin or ribeye)
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 1 zucchini
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Skewers (wooden or metal)

Instructions

  1. Prep the Marinade: In a large bowl, whisk together the olive oil, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  2. Cut the Steak and Veggies: Chop the beef steak into 1-2 inch cubes and cut the bell peppers, onion, and zucchini into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Marinate! Toss the steak and veggies into the bowl of marinade, cover, and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat the Grill: Fire up your grill to medium-high heat, about 400°F (200°C).
  5. Skewer it Up: Thread the marinated steak and veggies onto the skewers, alternating for a colorful presentation.
  6. Grill Time: Place your skewers on the grill and cook for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the steak reaches your desired doneness.
  7. Rest and Serve!: Remove the skewers from the grill and let them rest for about 5 minutes before serving.
