- 1 pound beef steak (sirloin or ribeye)
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 onion
- 1 zucchini
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Skewers (wooden or metal)
Instructions
- Prep the Marinade: In a large bowl, whisk together the olive oil, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Cut the Steak and Veggies: Chop the beef steak into 1-2 inch cubes and cut the bell peppers, onion, and zucchini into bite-sized pieces.
- Marinate! Toss the steak and veggies into the bowl of marinade, cover, and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the Grill: Fire up your grill to medium-high heat, about 400°F (200°C).
- Skewer it Up: Thread the marinated steak and veggies onto the skewers, alternating for a colorful presentation.
- Grill Time: Place your skewers on the grill and cook for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the steak reaches your desired doneness.
- Rest and Serve!: Remove the skewers from the grill and let them rest for about 5 minutes before serving.
