Ingredients
1 ripe pear (cored and chopped)
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
½ cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
¼ cup Greek yogurt (or coconut yogurt for dairy-free)
½ tsp cinnamon
⅛ tsp ground ginger
½ tsp vanilla extract
½ frozen banana or a few ice cubes (for chill and creaminess)
Instructions
