- 1 pound Raw Shrimp, peeled and deveined
- ½ cup Mayonnaise
- 2 ribs Celery, finely diced

- 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard (optional)
- ½ teaspoon Salt (to taste)

- 1 tablespoon Capers (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the shrimp: Bring a pot of salted water to a boil, add the shrimp, and cook for 2-3 minutes until pink and opaque. Drain and set aside to cool.
- Prep your veggies: Chop celery, red onion, and dill, ensuring everything is finely diced.
- Make the dressing: In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper; stir until blended.
- Combine: Add cooled shrimp, diced celery, red onion, and dill to the dressing, gently folding to combine.
- Let it chill: Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
- Taste again: Adjust salt and pepper if necessary before serving.
