- Sourdough Bread

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare the strawberries by washing and slicing them, then drizzle with balsamic vinegar.
- Toss the strawberries to coat them and roast for 15-20 minutes.
- Make the whipped ricotta by mixing the ricotta and a pinch of salt until fluffy.
- Toast the sourdough in a skillet until golden brown.
- Assemble the toast by layering whipped ricotta and roasted strawberries, then drizzle with balsamic vinegar and sprinkle with pepper.
