Delicious Peaches and Cream Crumble Bars that blend sweet, creamy, and crunchy flavors in a delightful dessert.

- 2 1/2 cups (350 g) all-purpose flour
- 2/3 cup (140 g) granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/4 cups (280 g) cold unsalted butter, cut into small cubes
- 1/4 cup (50 g) brown sugar
- 1 cup (200 g) granulated sugar (for peach filling)
- 1/4 cup (35 g) all-purpose flour (for peach filling)
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 5 cups pitted, peeled, and chopped peaches (about 7–8 peaches)
- 6 tablespoons (90 ml) heavy cream
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare a 9×13 inch baking dish by greasing it or lining it with parchment paper.
- Combine the flour, granulated sugar, and salt in a large mixing bowl. Add the cold butter cubes and mix until it resembles coarse crumbs.
- Reserve about 1 ½ cups of the mixture for the topping.
- Press the remaining mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
- Bake the crust for 12-15 minutes or until it starts to turn golden.
- Combine chopped peaches, 1 cup granulated sugar, 1/4 cup flour, cinnamon, and salt in a medium bowl. Toss gently.
- Add the heavy cream and vanilla extract (if using) to the peach mixture.
- Layer the peach mixture evenly over the crust.
- Sprinkle the reserved crumble topping over the peach layer.
- Bake again for 30-35 minutes or until the top is golden and filling is bubbling.
- Cool the bars for 20-30 minutes before cutting.
Notes
Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or drizzle with cream. Can also be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
