Description

A warm and inviting Pumpkin Cobbler, perfect for cozy fall gatherings, with spiced pumpkin beneath a sweet buttery crust.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Gather two mixing bowls. In a larger bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, sugar, melted butter, milk, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
  3. Combine the flour, baking powder, and pumpkin pie spice in a separate bowl. Gradually incorporate this dry mix into the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
  4. Pour the cobbler batter into a greased baking dish (8″x8″ or similar size).
  5. Drizzle half of the caramel sauce over the top of the batter, optionally adding the chopped nuts.
  6. Bake for about 30-35 minutes until the edges are golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Cool for 10-15 minutes before serving.

Notes

Serve warm with a drizzle of caramel sauce and a scoop of vanilla ice cream for extra indulgence. Great for gatherings and fall festivities!
