Ingredients

2 cups rolled oats

2 ripe bananas, mashed

2 scoops vanilla protein powder

1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)

2 eggs

1 tsp baking powder

1 tsp cinnamon

½ tsp vanilla extract

Optional: berries, nuts, chocolate chips for topping


Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease or line a muffin tin.

In a large bowl, mix mashed bananas, eggs, milk, and vanilla.

Stir in oats, protein powder, baking powder, and cinnamon until combined.
