- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- Nilla wafers for dipping
Instructions
- Gather your ingredients and lay them out on the counter.
- Cream the cream cheese in a mixing bowl until smooth.
- Add the drained crushed pineapple to the cream cheese mixture and fold gently.
- Mix in the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, folding until well combined.
- Chill the mixture in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
- Serve the dip in a bowl with Nilla wafers surrounding it for dipping.
- Garnish with shredded coconut or pineapple chunks if desired.
