Ingredients

  • 1 can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • Nilla wafers for dipping

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients and lay them out on the counter.
  2. Cream the cream cheese in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  3. Add the drained crushed pineapple to the cream cheese mixture and fold gently.
  4. Mix in the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, folding until well combined.
  5. Chill the mixture in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
  6. Serve the dip in a bowl with Nilla wafers surrounding it for dipping.
  7. Garnish with shredded coconut or pineapple chunks if desired.
