Description

A festive and creamy dessert layered with sweetened cream cheese and topped with fresh berries, perfect for summer celebrations.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package of cream cheese
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1 cup strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 package of graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup melted butter

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust: Start by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed graham crackers and melted butter.
  2. Press and bake: Press the mixture into an 8×8 or 9×9-inch baking dish and bake for about 10 minutes until golden brown.
  3. Cool: Let the crust cool completely before adding the filling.
  4. Cream the goodness: In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth and mix in the powdered sugar.
  5. Fold in the whipped cream: Gently fold in the whipped cream to maintain the fluffy texture.
  6. Layer it all together: Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cooled crust.
  7. Top with berries: Arrange sliced strawberries and blueberries over the cream cheese layer.
  8. Chill and serve: Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.

Notes

Serve chilled with extra crushed graham crackers or honey for added sweetness.
