Ingredients

- 3 bags black tea
- 3 cups boiling water
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 6 passion fruits
Instructions
- Boil the water in a kettle or pot until it reaches a rolling boil.
- Steep the tea bags in the boiling water for 5-7 minutes.
- Add the sugar to the warm tea and stir until dissolved.
- Prepare the passion fruits by cutting them in half and scooping out the pulp.
- Combine the cooled tea with the passion fruit pulp and adjust sweetness if needed.
- Chill the mixture in the fridge for 1-2 hours.
- Serve over ice and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
