  • 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1 tsp Celery Salt
  • 1 tsp Ground Mustard
  • 1 Large Onion (sliced)
  • 1 Green Bell Pepper (sliced)
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper (sliced)
  • 1 stick Unsalted Butter (sliced thinly)
  • 2 tsp Avocado Oil

Instructions

  1. Prep the turkey wings by rinsing them under cold water and patting them dry with a paper towel.
  2. Season generously with a mix of all-purpose seasoning, poultry seasoning, Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, Italian seasoning, celery salt, and ground mustard. Let them sit for 15-30 minutes.

  4. Cook the veggies by sautéing the onion and bell peppers in the same skillet for 5-7 minutes.
  5. Create the sauce by returning the wings to the skillet, adding butter and a splash of water or chicken broth.
  6. Simmer on low, covered, for 45-60 minutes until the wings are tender.
