  • 1 pound Sausage
  • 6 ounces Pepperoni
  • 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 cup Pizza Sauce
  • 1 package Pie Dough
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Cook the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and sausage. Cook until browned, about 5 to 7 minutes.
  3. Add the pepperoni and cook for about 2 minutes until crispy.
  4. Mix in the pizza sauce, reduce heat, and let it simmer for another 5 minutes.
  5. Prepare the cheese by stirring in 1 cup of mozzarella into the meat mixture.
  6. Assemble the pie in a 9-inch pie dish with rolled-out dough and pour in the meat mixture.
  7. Top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  8. Seal the pie by folding over the edges, crimping them with a fork, and cutting slits for steam.
  9. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and bubbling.
  10. Rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
