Instructions
- Prep your ingredients: Start by chopping your onion, mincing your garlic, and any seasonal veggies you plan to add.
- Cook the sausage: Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add a drizzle of olive oil. Once hot, add the sliced sausage.
- Let it sear for about 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked through, stirring occasionally.
- Remove your sausage and leave the fat in the skillet.
- Sauté the veggies: In the same skillet, toss in the chopped onion and sauté for 3-4 minutes until translucent.
- Add minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.

- Combine ingredients: Add the sausage back into the skillet and stir everything together.
- Add chicken broth or cream and mix well. Let it simmer for about 5 minutes.
- Cook the gnocchi: In a separate pot, bring water to a boil and add gnocchi. Cook according to package instructions.
- Drain the gnocchi and add them to the creamy skillet.
- Finish with fresh herbs, and give it a gentle stir. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
- Serve in bowls and top with extra herbs or grated Parmesan.
