- 2 cups egg noodles (uncooked)
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
- ½ cup cooked and crumbled bacon (about 6 slices)
- ½ cup milk
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
- 2 tablespoons chopped green onions (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the noodles in salted boiling water until al dente (about 6-8 minutes). Drain and set aside.
- Combine shredded chicken, cooked noodles, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, 1 cup cheddar cheese, bacon, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt in a mixing bowl.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish, spreading evenly.
- Top with the remaining ½ cup cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbling and golden on top.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and serve.
