Description

Ingredients

  • 1 block of cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes
  • 1 pound pasta (penne or rigatoni)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  3. Prepare the cream cheese mixture by blending softened cream cheese with salt and pepper until smooth.
  4. Toss in the cherry tomatoes and fold them into the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Combine the cooked pasta with the cream cheese mixture, ensuring it’s well coated.
  6. Layer the mixture in a greased 9×13 inch baking dish, topping with mozzarella and Parmesan.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  8. Garnish with fresh basil and serve hot.

Notes
