- 1 block of cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes
- 1 pound pasta (penne or rigatoni)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- Prepare the cream cheese mixture by blending softened cream cheese with salt and pepper until smooth.
- Toss in the cherry tomatoes and fold them into the cream cheese mixture.
- Combine the cooked pasta with the cream cheese mixture, ensuring it’s well coated.
- Layer the mixture in a greased 9×13 inch baking dish, topping with mozzarella and Parmesan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Garnish with fresh basil and serve hot.
Notes
