- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can crescent roll dough
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional toppings (lettuce, tomatoes, pickles)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, stirring occasionally until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Mix in the ketchup and mustard, cooking for another 2-3 minutes.
- Remove the skillet from heat and add in the shredded cheddar cheese, stirring until melted.
- Open the can of crescent roll dough and unroll it flat, pinching seams together to form rectangles.
- Take a dollop of the beef and cheese mixture and place it in the center of each rectangle.
- Fold the dough over to create pockets and press the seams together to seal.
- Place the pockets on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
