Ingredients

  • 2 cups buttermilk
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups fresh blueberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with butter or non-stick spray.
  3. Whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a large mixing bowl.
  4. In another bowl, whisk the buttermilk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract until blended.
  5. Gently pour the wet ingredients into the dry mixture and stir until just combined.
  6. Fold in the blueberries gently.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish.
  8. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the top is golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Cool for a few minutes before serving warm.

Notes
