- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened

- 2 eggs
- 2 cups peeled and diced apples
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease and flour a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Mix the flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon in a large mixing bowl.
- Cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and remaining granulated sugar until light and fluffy (about 3-5 minutes).
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then mix in the milk and vanilla extract.
- Combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients, stirring gently until just combined.
- Fold in the diced apples gently until evenly dispersed throughout the batter.
- Prepare the crumble topping by mixing the remaining flour, brown sugar, and cinnamon, then working in softened butter until coarse crumbs form.
- Assemble the cake by pouring the batter into the baking dish, smoothing it out, and sprinkling the crumble topping over the batter.
- Bake for 40-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Cool for 15-20 minutes before transferring to a wire rack and drizzle with the prepared glaze.
