Delightful and colorful jello cups perfect for summer gatherings and Fourth of July celebrations.
Ingredients

- 1 box blue jello (3oz box)
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 cup cold water
- 2 packets unflavored gelatin
- ½ cup cold water
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14oz)
- 1 box red jello (3oz box)
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 cup cold water
- Whipped cream (for topping)
- Red, white, and blue sprinkles (optional)
Instructions
- Mix the blue jello powder with 1 cup of boiling water until fully dissolved.
- Add 1 cup of cold water to the blue jello mixture and gently mix.
- Pour the blue jello mixture into clear cups, filling them about one-third full. Chill until set (1-2 hours).
- Sprinkle 2 packets of unflavored gelatin over ½ cup of cold water in a small bowl and let it sit for 5-10 minutes to bloom.
- Heat 1 cup of boiling water in a medium saucepan, remove from heat and whisk in the bloomed gelatin until dissolved. Stir in sweetened condensed milk.
- Pour the creamy gelatin mixture on top of the blue layer, filling the cups about one-third of the way. Chill until set (1-2 hours).
- Mix the red jello powder with 1 cup of boiling water. Add 1 cup of cold water once dissolved.
- Pour the red jello mixture on top of the white layer, filling the cups to the top. Chill until set (1-2 hours).
- Top each cup with a dollop of whipped cream and sprinkle with red, white, and blue sprinkles before serving.
Notes
Ensure each layer is completely set before pouring the next for distinct layers.
