Description

Delicious, bite-sized snacks made with sweet bananas, creamy peanut butter, and chocolate.


Ingredients

  • 2 large Bananas
  • ½ cup Peanut Butter
  • 1 cup Chocolate Chips
  • 1 teaspoon Coconut Oil (Optional)
  • ¼ cup Crushed Nuts
  • ¼ cup Colorful Sprinkles
  • ½ cup Mini Chocolate Chips or Dried Fruits

Instructions

  1. Prepare the bananas by peeling and slicing them into thick rounds, about ½ inch in thickness.
  2. Spread peanut butter on one banana slice and top it with another slice, repeating for all slices.
  3. Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl, microwaving in 30-second intervals until smooth.
  4. Dip each banana sandwich into melted chocolate, ensuring full coating, and let excess chocolate drip off.
  5. Add crushed nuts and colorful sprinkles on top of the melted chocolate.
  6. Chill in the fridge for about 30 minutes until chocolate hardens, then enjoy!

Notes
