- 2 large Bananas
- ½ cup Peanut Butter
- 1 cup Chocolate Chips
- 1 teaspoon Coconut Oil (Optional)
- ¼ cup Crushed Nuts
- ¼ cup Colorful Sprinkles
- ½ cup Mini Chocolate Chips or Dried Fruits
Instructions
- Prepare the bananas by peeling and slicing them into thick rounds, about ½ inch in thickness.
- Spread peanut butter on one banana slice and top it with another slice, repeating for all slices.
- Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl, microwaving in 30-second intervals until smooth.
- Dip each banana sandwich into melted chocolate, ensuring full coating, and let excess chocolate drip off.
- Add crushed nuts and colorful sprinkles on top of the melted chocolate.
- Chill in the fridge for about 30 minutes until chocolate hardens, then enjoy!
