Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until evenly moistened. Divide mixture evenly among serving jars or cups, pressing gently to form a base.
  2. In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Gently fold in whipped cream until fully incorporated. Set aside.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Add diced apples, brown sugar, and cinnamon; cook for 5–6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until apples are tender and caramelized. Stir in caramel sauce and cook for 1 more minute. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  4. Layer cheesecake filling over the graham cracker base, followed by the caramel apple mixture.
  5. Top with whipped cream and a drizzle of caramel sauce.
  6. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving for best texture.
