Ingredients

  • 1 box brownie mix
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (for coating)
  • Sprinkles or cocoa powder (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven according to the instructions on your brownie mix box.
  2. Prepare the brownie mix by whisking together the brownie mix, eggs, water, and oil.
  3. Bake the brownies according to the box’s directions, about 20-25 minutes.
  4. Cool the brownies completely in the pan.
  5. Mix crumbled brownies with softened cream cheese until well combined.
  6. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls.
  7. Chill the rolled balls in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  8. Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl.
  9. Coat the brownie balls in the melted chocolate.
  10. Garnish with sprinkles or cocoa powder.
  11. Set the coated truffles back on a baking sheet and let the chocolate harden.
