- 1/4 cup cream cheese (softened)
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips (for coating)
- Sprinkles or cocoa powder (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven according to the instructions on your brownie mix box.
- Prepare the brownie mix by whisking together the brownie mix, eggs, water, and oil.
- Bake the brownies according to the box’s directions, about 20-25 minutes.
- Cool the brownies completely in the pan.
- Mix crumbled brownies with softened cream cheese until well combined.
- Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls.
- Chill the rolled balls in the fridge for 30 minutes.
- Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Coat the brownie balls in the melted chocolate.
- Garnish with sprinkles or cocoa powder.
- Set the coated truffles back on a baking sheet and let the chocolate harden.
