Description

A colorful and festive dessert perfect for summer celebrations, featuring a soft cookie base topped with cream cheese and fresh fruits arranged like the American flag.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 tube Refrigerated Sugar Cookie Dough (16.5 oz)
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese (softened)
  • 2/3 cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 8 oz Whipped Topping (thawed)
  • 12 oz Fresh Raspberries (3 to 4 cups)
  • 1 dry pint Fresh Blueberries (about 2 cups)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Open the refrigerated sugar cookie dough and spread it into a large rectangle on the baking sheet, about 1/4 inch thick.
  3. Bake for 12-15 minutes until edges are lightly golden, then let cool completely.
  4. Beat the softened cream cheese with sugar and vanilla in a bowl until smooth and creamy.
  5. Fold in the thawed whipped topping gently to combine.
  6. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cooled cookie base.
  7. Arrange the raspberries in horizontal stripes and create a blue field with blueberries in the top-left corner.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to set.

Notes

For best results, use fresh fruits and let the pizza chill for an hour to meld flavors.
