- 8 oz Whipped Topping (thawed)
- 12 oz Fresh Raspberries (3 to 4 cups)
- 1 dry pint Fresh Blueberries (about 2 cups)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Open the refrigerated sugar cookie dough and spread it into a large rectangle on the baking sheet, about 1/4 inch thick.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until edges are lightly golden, then let cool completely.
- Beat the softened cream cheese with sugar and vanilla in a bowl until smooth and creamy.
- Fold in the thawed whipped topping gently to combine.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cooled cookie base.
- Arrange the raspberries in horizontal stripes and create a blue field with blueberries in the top-left corner.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to set.
