- 12 oz Fresh Raspberries (3 to 4 cups)
- 1 dry pint Fresh Blueberries (about 2 cups)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking sheet.
- Spread the sugar cookie dough in a large rectangle on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden; let cool completely.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Fold in whipped topping until combined.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly on the cooled cookie base.
- Arrange raspberries in horizontal stripes and blueberries in the top-left for your fruit flag.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
