Description

  • 12 oz Fresh Raspberries (3 to 4 cups)
  • 1 dry pint Fresh Blueberries (about 2 cups)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking sheet.
  2. Spread the sugar cookie dough in a large rectangle on the baking sheet.
  3. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden; let cool completely.
  4. Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  5. Fold in whipped topping until combined.
  6. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly on the cooled cookie base.
  7. Arrange raspberries in horizontal stripes and blueberries in the top-left for your fruit flag.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
