Ingredients

- 1 teaspoon honey or sugar
Instructions
- Prep your ingredients: Start by gathering all your ingredients.
- Dicing the nectarines and tomato: Cut nectarines in half, remove the pit, slice into thin strips, and dice. For the tomato, cut into quarters, remove seeds, and dice.
- Chopping the shallots and cilantro: Peel and dice the shallots, and chop the cilantro.
- Handling the bird’s eye chili: Remove seeds, finely chop, and be cautious with the heat.
- Mixing it all together: In a bowl, combine nectarines, tomato, shallots, chili, and cilantro; drizzle with lime juice and sprinkle honey.
- Taste test and adjust: Adjust the salsa according to your taste preferences.
- Chill and serve: Let the salsa chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving.
