Ingredients

  • 68 medium Fresh Peaches
  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 2 teaspoons Baking Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the peaches by peeling and slicing them. Toss with 1/2 cup of granulated sugar and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
  3. Make the batter by whisking together the flour, remaining sugar, baking powder, and salt. Then add milk and melted butter.
  4. Pour the batter into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  5. Add the peach mixture on top of the batter without stirring.
  6. Bake for 35-45 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  7. Cool for about 10 minutes before serving.
