- 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
- 2 tablespoons Cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1 cup Old-Fashioned Oats
- 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
- 1/2 cup All-Purpose Flour
- 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the peaches by washing and slicing them, placing them in a mixing bowl.
- Add granulated sugar, cornstarch, and cinnamon to the peaches and toss gently to coat.
- Spray a 9×9-inch baking dish with cooking spray and evenly distribute the peach mixture.
- Make the topping by combining oats, brown sugar, all-purpose flour, and melted butter in a bowl, mixing until crumbly.
- Spread the topping over the peach layer.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, until golden brown and bubbly.
- Let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.
