- 2 large naan breads
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 1/2 fresh peach (thinly sliced)
- 4 oz fresh mozzarella (sliced)
- 15 basil leaves (chopped)
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Place the two naan breads on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Brush each piece lightly with olive oil.
- Add minced garlic over each naan.
- Place slices of fresh mozzarella evenly over the naan.
- Scatter your thinly sliced peaches over the mozzarella.
- Add your chopped basil leaves next.
- Slide your naan pizzas into the oven and let them bake for about 10-15 minutes.
- Drizzle with balsamic vinegar if you’re using it.
