A flavorful summer delight featuring juicy peaches, creamy mozzarella, and fragrant basil atop crispy naan bread.


Ingredients

  • 2 large naan breads
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 fresh peach (thinly sliced)
  • 4 oz fresh mozzarella (sliced)
  • 15 basil leaves (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Place the two naan breads on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  3. Brush each piece lightly with olive oil.
  4. Add minced garlic over each naan.
  5. Place slices of fresh mozzarella evenly over the naan.
  6. Scatter your thinly sliced peaches over the mozzarella.
  7. Add your chopped basil leaves next.
  8. Slide your naan pizzas into the oven and let them bake for about 10-15 minutes.
  9. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar if you’re using it.
