Description

A quick and delightful pizza made with ripe peaches, creamy mozzarella, and fragrant basil on crispy naan bread.


Ingredients

  • 2 large naan breads
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 fresh peach, thinly sliced
  • 4 oz fresh mozzarella, sliced
  • 15 basil leaves, chopped
  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Place the two naan breads on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  3. Brush each piece lightly with olive oil.
  4. Sprinkle minced garlic over each naan.
  5. Layer slices of fresh mozzarella evenly over the naan.
  6. Scatter thinly sliced peaches over the mozzarella.
  7. Add chopped basil leaves on top.
  8. Bake for about 10-15 minutes, until cheese is bubbling and naan edges are golden brown.
  9. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar if using.
