- 2 large naan breads
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 fresh peach, thinly sliced
- 4 oz fresh mozzarella, sliced
- 15 basil leaves, chopped
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Place the two naan breads on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Brush each piece lightly with olive oil.
- Sprinkle minced garlic over each naan.
- Layer slices of fresh mozzarella evenly over the naan.
- Scatter thinly sliced peaches over the mozzarella.
- Add chopped basil leaves on top.
- Bake for about 10-15 minutes, until cheese is bubbling and naan edges are golden brown.
- Drizzle with balsamic vinegar if using.
