A refreshing and tropical Passion Fruit Iced Tea, perfect for warm-weather sipping.
Ingredients

- 4 passion fruits
- 4 cups of water
- 2 tablespoons of honey or sugar (optional)
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Start with the water: Bring 4 cups of water to a boil in a saucepan.
- Prep the passion fruits: Cut the passion fruits in half and scoop out the pulp.
- Brew the tea: Remove boiling water from heat, add tea, and steep for 5-7 minutes.
- Mix it up: Remove tea bags and stir in honey or sugar.
- Combine with passion fruit: Pour tea into pitcher and mix in the passion fruit pulp.
- Cool down: Allow to cool, then chill in the fridge for at least an hour.
- Serve it up: Fill glasses with ice, pour tea, and garnish with passion fruit pulp or mint leaves.
Notes
This recipe can be easily modified with fresh mint or coconut water for added flavor.
