Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta (penne or rotini)
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup sliced pepperoni
  • 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup sliced olives
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the pasta until al dente, then drain.
  3. Mix the ricotta, half of the mozzarella, and half of the Parmesan with seasoning.
  4. Layer pizza sauce in a dish, add pasta, pepperoni, bell peppers, and olives.
  5. Top with remaining cheeses.
  6. Bake covered for 20 minutes, then uncover for 10-15 until golden.
  7. Let it cool for 10 minutes before serving.
