- 1 lb sirloin steak (cut into bite-sized cubes)
- 2 cups baby potatoes (halved)
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp fresh rosemary (chopped, optional)
- 1 tsp fresh thyme (chopped, optional)
Instructions
- Prep your ingredients by cutting the sirloin into bite-sized cubes and halving the baby potatoes.
- Boil the potatoes in salted water until fork-tender (about 10-12 minutes), then drain.
- Sear the steak bites in a skillet with olive oil over medium-high heat for about 3-4 minutes, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Add garlic and butter to the skillet, stirring to infuse the garlic flavor for about 1-2 minutes.
- Combine the pre-boiled potatoes with the steak in the skillet and cook for another 2-3 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Sprinkle fresh herbs over the dish and toss to combine.
