- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup mini pepperoni slices
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare a muffin tin by spraying each cup lightly with cooking oil.
- Flatten each biscuit to about 1/4-inch thick.
- Form each biscuit into a cup in the muffin tin.
- Add about 1 tbsp of pizza sauce into each biscuit cup.
- Sprinkle 2 tbsp of mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce.
- Layer mini pepperoni slices on top of the cheese.
- Season each cup with dried oregano and garlic powder.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Cool for 5 minutes before serving.
