Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup mini pepperoni slices
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare a muffin tin by spraying each cup lightly with cooking oil.
  3. Flatten each biscuit to about 1/4-inch thick.
  4. Form each biscuit into a cup in the muffin tin.
  5. Add about 1 tbsp of pizza sauce into each biscuit cup.
  6. Sprinkle 2 tbsp of mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce.
  7. Layer mini pepperoni slices on top of the cheese.
  8. Season each cup with dried oregano and garlic powder.
  9. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  10. Cool for 5 minutes before serving.
