- 3 ripe mangoes
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1–2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup
Instructions
- Prep your ingredients by peeling the mangoes and scooping out the flesh.
- Add the mango flesh into your blender along with lime juice and honey or agave syrup.
- Blend on high until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
- Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness if necessary.
- Chill the mixture in a shallow container and freeze for at least 4 hours.
- Serve and enjoy the sorbet after letting it sit for 5 minutes to soften.
Notes
For a creamier texture, consider mixing in coconut cream before freezing.
