Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by gathering everything together.
  2. Mix together mashed potatoes, cheese, bacon, chives, garlic powder, pepper, and salt in a large bowl.
  3. Bind the mixture with the large egg. Mix until fully blended.
  4. Sprinkle in the flour and fold it into the mixture gently.
