Ingredients

  • 4 ripe peaches, diced
  • 1 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 3/4 cup sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 4 cups water
  • Ice cubes
  • Lemon slices and mint for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prep the peaches by washing them, cutting in half, removing the pits, and dicing them.
  2. Blend the diced peaches with 1 cup of water until smooth.
  3. Strain the peach puree through a fine sieve into a large pitcher.
  4. Add the freshly squeezed lemon juice and stir to combine.
  5. Sweeten by gradually stirring in the sugar to your preferred taste.
  6. Pour in the remaining 3 cups of water, mixing well.
  7. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  8. Serve over ice in tall glasses, garnished with lemon slices and fresh mint leaves.
