- 1 cup bell peppers, diced
- 1 cup carrots, shredded
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 head of lettuce (Butter or Iceberg for wrapping)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat the skillet over medium-high heat.
- Brown the ground beef for about 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add the minced garlic and ginger, cooking for about a minute.
- Stir in the diced bell peppers and shredded carrots, cooking for an additional 2 to 3 minutes.
- Season with soy sauce, sesame oil, and rice vinegar, allowing it to simmer for a couple of minutes.
- Prepare the lettuce leaves for wrapping.
- Assemble the wraps by spooning the beef mixture into the lettuce leaves.
- Garnish and serve with additional toppings if desired.
