- 1 avocado, mashed

- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro

Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat—around 400°F should do!
- Prep the shrimp by tossing them with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Let them marinate for about 10–15 minutes.
- Prep the corn if using fresh, grill it for a few minutes until charred. If using canned corn, skip this step.
- Grill the shrimp on skewers for about 2-3 minutes on each side or until they turn pink and opaque.
- Assemble your bowl with grilled corn, shrimp skewers, mashed avocado, fresh lime juice, and chopped cilantro.
- Add your favorite zesty sauce over the bowl and enjoy!
