Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • 8 slices bacon, cooked until crispy
  • 2 ripe avocados, sliced
  • 2 tomatoes, sliced
  • 4 large lettuce leaves (romaine or green leaf)
  • 4 large tortillas or wraps
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Prep the chicken: Season your chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side until cooked through. Slice into strips.
  2. Whip up the sauce: In a bowl, mix together mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and lime juice. Season to taste.
  3. Cook the bacon: Fry bacon until crispy, either in the skillet or using the oven method.
